CQI IQ Redact is a browser extension that de-identifies EMS and fire department patient care report PDFs. This policy explains, simply, what happens to your data.
We collect nothing. The extension does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, health information, or files. It has no user accounts and requires no login to run.
Everything stays on your device. All de-identification is performed locally, inside your own browser, on your own computer. The PDF you process never leaves your machine. No data is uploaded to us or to any third party.
No network access. The extension is built with zero network permissions. The browser itself prevents it from making any internet connection. It functions fully offline.
No third parties. Because no data is collected or transmitted, no data is ever shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party.
